Description:

This application provides a user-friendly platform for composing Handpan rhythms using straightforward notation, allowing users to preview their compositions through a virtual Handpan sound. It includes a selection of established rhythms as templates, facilitating learning and experimentation. Additionally, the app offers a feature to practice tempo by playing the rhythm in conjunction with a clap sound acting as a metronome.
The notation system is based on the names of Handpan strokes paired with precise timing details. Users can specify the number of beats per rhythm, with each beat represented visually by a box. The duration of each beat is determined by the BPM setting, dividing the total time equally among all notes within the beat.
For users without access to a physical Handpan, the app’s virtual instrument provides an alternative means of engagement and practice.
The premium version unlocks advanced features such as custom scales, rhythm saving, export and import options, and is free of advertisements. Accessing these enhancements requires a one-time purchase, which grants indefinite use without recurring charges.
